     Alexander Macleod, 2nd of Luskentyre was born circa 1700.¹ He was the son of William Macleod, 1st of Luskentyre and Margaret Mackenzie.¹ He married Margaret Morrison.¹

     Christian Nisbet is the daughter of Sir John Nisbet of Dean and Dirleton, 3rd Bt. and Anne Myrton.^2,3 She married John Riddell, son of John Riddell and Jane Livingstone.¹
     Her married name became Riddell.

     John Riddell is the son of John Riddell and Christian Nisbet.²

     Henry Riddell was born on 4 January 1745.¹ He was the son of John Riddell and Christian Nisbet.² He married Anne Glassford, daughter of John Glassford of Dougalston, in 1781.¹ He died on 4 September 1801 at age 56.¹
     He lived at Little Govan, Scotland.¹

     Walter Jeremy Sidney Ferguson was born on 29 June 2016 at Hong Kong.¹ He is the son of Andrew Ferguson and Gemma Mary Soames.¹

     Anne Glassford was the daughter of John Glassford of Dougalston.² She married Henry Riddell, son of John Riddell and Christian Nisbet, in 1781.¹ She died on 13 December 1827.¹
     From 1781, her married name became Riddell.

     John Riddell was born on 4 October 1785.¹ He was the son of Henry Riddell and Anne Glassford.² He died on 8 February 1862 at age 76, unmarried.¹
     He was an antiquary and peerage lawyer.¹

     Reverend Henry Riddell was born on 23 May 1789.¹ He was the son of Henry Riddell and Anne Glassford.² He married, firstly, Agnes Gilchrist, daughter of Archibald Gilchrist, on 2 October 1818.¹ He married, secondly, Elizabeth Horne, daughter of John Horne, on 29 November 1831.¹ He died on 15 April 1862 at age 72.¹
     He was Minister at Duns, Berwickshire, Scotland.¹

     Agnes Gilchrist was the daughter of Archibald Gilchrist.² She married Reverend Henry Riddell, son of Henry Riddell and Anne Glassford, on 2 October 1818.¹ She died in 1825.¹
     Her married name became Riddell.
