     William Cuninghame was the son of William Cuninghame, 6th of Craigends and Elizabeth Stewart.² He married Elizabeth Napier, daughter of John Napier, 8th of Merchistoun and Agnes Chisholm, after 12 January 1622.¹ He died in 1637.²

     Anne Napier is the daughter of John Napier, 8th of Merchistoun and Agnes Chisholm.² She married George Drummond, 6th of Balloch, son of Henry Drummond, 5th of Balloch and Beatrice Graham, circa July 1620.³
     She was also known as Agnes Napier.³ From 1620, her married name became Drummond. From circa July 1620, her married name became Drummond.³

     Henry Drummond, 8th of Balloch was the son of George Drummond, 6th of Balloch and Anne Napier.¹ He died in February 1690.¹

     Helen Napier is the daughter of John Napier, 8th of Merchistoun and Agnes Chisholm.² She married Matthew Brisbane in 1629.¹
     From 1629, her married name became Brisbane.

     Margaret Napier is the daughter of John Napier, 8th of Merchistoun and Agnes Chisholm.² She married James Steward, 11th of Rosyth, son of Henry Stewart, 10th of Rosyth.¹
     Her married name became Steward.

     James Steward, 11th of Rosyth was the son of Henry Stewart, 10th of Rosyth.² He married Margaret Napier, daughter of John Napier, 8th of Merchistoun and Agnes Chisholm.¹ He died before 1641.²

     James Drummond married Harriet Castell.¹
     He lived at Bombay, India.¹

     Anne Salisbury Meliora Ladaveze Adlercron was the daughter of John Ladaveze Adlercron and Dorothea Catherine Routh.² She married Sir Robert John Milliken-Napier of Merchistoun, 9th Bt., son of Sir William John Milliken Napier of Merchistoun, 8th Bt. and Eliza Christian Stirling, on 4 April 1850.¹ She died on 5 January 1902.¹
     From 4 April 1850, her married name became Milliken-Napier.

     Sir Archibald Lennox Milliken-Napier of Merchistoun, 10th Bt. was born on 2 November 1855.¹ He is the son of Sir Robert John Milliken-Napier of Merchistoun, 9th Bt. and Anne Salisbury Meliora Ladaveze Adlercron.² He married, firstly, Mary Allison Dorothy Fairbairn, daughter of Sir Thomas Fairbairn, 2nd Bt. and Allison Callaway, on 16 December 1880.¹ He and Mary Allison Dorothy Fairbairn were divorced in 1903.¹ He married, secondly, Charlotte Louise Austin, daughter of Hon. Henry William Austin, on 12 July 1904.¹ He died on 18 January 1907 at age 51.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Grenadier Guards.¹ He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Napier, of Merchistoun [N.S., 1627] on 4 December 1884.¹
