     Anne Campbell is the daughter of Robert Campbell of Downie.² She married Robert John Milliken Napier of Culcreuch, son of William Napier of Culcreuch and Jean Milliken, in 1786.¹
     From 1786, her married name became Napier.

     Sir William John Milliken Napier of Merchistoun, 8th Bt. was born in 1788.¹ He was the son of Robert John Milliken Napier of Culcreuch and Anne Campbell.² He married Eliza Christian Stirling, daughter of John Stirling, 6th of Kippendavie and Mary Graham, on 11 November 1815.¹ He died on 4 February 1852.¹
     He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Napier, of Merchistoun [N.S., 1627] in 1808.¹ On 17 March 1817 he was served heir male of Sir Archibald Napier, 3rd Bt and assumed the baronetcy.¹

     John Stirling, 6th of Kippendavie was born on 22 December 1742.² He was the son of Patrick Stirling, 4th of Kippendavie and Margaret Douglas.² He married Mary Graham, daughter of William Graham, 2nd of Airth and Ann Stirling, on 30 April 1781.² He died in June 1816 at age 73.²
     He lived at Kippendavie, Perthshire, Scotland.¹

     Eliza Christian Stirling was born on 24 September 1794.² She was the daughter of John Stirling, 6th of Kippendavie and Mary Graham.^3,4 She married Sir William John Milliken Napier of Merchistoun, 8th Bt., son of Robert John Milliken Napier of Culcreuch and Anne Campbell, on 11 November 1815.¹ She died on 3 March 1860 at age 65 at Pau, France.^1,2
     From 11 November 1815, her married name became Milliken Napier.

     Sir Robert John Milliken-Napier of Merchistoun, 9th Bt. was born on 7 November 1818.¹ He is the son of Sir William John Milliken Napier of Merchistoun, 8th Bt. and Eliza Christian Stirling.² He married Anne Salisbury Meliora Ladaveze Adlercron, daughter of John Ladaveze Adlercron and Dorothea Catherine Routh, on 4 April 1850.¹ He died on 4 December 1884 at age 66.¹
     He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Napier, of Merchistoun [N.S., 1627] on 4 February 1852.¹ He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in the 4th Battalion, Princess Louise’s Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders.¹

     John Stirling Milliken Napier was born on 7 May 1820.¹ He was the son of Sir William John Milliken Napier of Merchistoun, 8th Bt. and Eliza Christian Stirling.² He married Janet Brown, daughter of Andrew Brown, on 4 March 1845.¹ He died on 17 April 1891 at age 70.¹
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Renfrewshire.¹

     Janet Brown was the daughter of Andrew Brown.¹ She married John Stirling Milliken Napier, son of Sir William John Milliken Napier of Merchistoun, 8th Bt. and Eliza Christian Stirling, on 4 March 1845.¹ She died in October 1913.¹
     From 4 March 1845, her married name became Milliken Napier.

     Lt.-Col. John Stirling Milliken Napier was born on 22 June 1856.¹ He was the son of John Stirling Milliken Napier and Janet Brown.² He married Caroline Charlotte Maitland, daughter of Colonel Keith Ramsay Maitland and Georgina Harriet Glass, on 17 September 1902.² He died in 1913.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders. He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Reserve of Officers.¹
