     John Frederick La Trobe-Bateman was born on 30 May 1810 at Lower Wyke, Birstall, Yorkshire, England^G.^3,4 He was the son of John Frederick Bateman and Mary Agnes La Trobe.⁴ He married Anne Fairbairn, daughter of Sir William Fairbairn, 1st Bt. and Dorothy Mar, on 1 September 1841.¹ He died on 10 June 1889 at age 79 at Moor Park, Farnham, Hampshire, England^G.⁴
     He was given the name of John Frederick Bateman at birth.⁵ He was a civil engineer.⁵ He lived in 1881 at St. Margaret, London, England^G.^3,4 In 1883 his name was legally changed to John Frederick La Trobe-Bateman.⁵ He wrote the book History and Description of the Manchester Waterworks, published 1884.⁵ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.)¹ He lived at Moor Park, Surrey, England^G.¹

     Thomas Callaway lived at Chislehurst, Kent, England^G.¹

     Allison Callaway was the daughter of Thomas Callaway.² She married Sir Thomas Fairbairn, 2nd Bt., son of Sir William Fairbairn, 1st Bt. and Dorothy Mar, on 23 March 1848.¹ She died on 8 February 1907.¹
     From 23 March 1848, her married name became Fairbairn.

     Isabel Whalesborough married Henry Willington.¹
     Her married name became Willington.¹

     Sir Ralph Daubeney was born on 3 March 1305.¹ He married Alice Montague, daughter of Sir William Montague, 2nd Lord Montagu and Elizabeth de Montfort, before 27 January 1333.¹ He died circa 1378.¹

     Alice Montague was born in 1311.² She was the daughter of Sir William Montague, 2nd Lord Montagu and Elizabeth de Montfort.¹ She married Sir Ralph Daubeney before 27 January 1333.¹
     From before 27 January 1333, her married name became Daubeney.¹

     Sir Thomas Gordon Fairbairn, 4th Bt. was born on 26 May 1854.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Fairbairn, 2nd Bt. and Allison Callaway.² He married, firstly, Ada Maria Fairbairn, daughter of William Andrew Fairbairn and Marianne Murray, on 18 July 1877.¹ He married, secondly, Jennie Cora Davies, daughter of Albert Davies, on 12 April 1899.¹ He died on 19 December 1931 at age 77.¹
     He graduated from Jesus College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Fairbairn, of Ardwick, Lancashire [U.K., 1869] on 2 June 1915.¹

     Reginald Fairbairn was born on 18 January 1856.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Fairbairn, 2nd Bt. and Allison Callaway.² He married May Elizabeth Holt, daughter of J. F. Holt, on 7 January 1880.¹ He died in 1921.¹
     He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was admitted to Lincoln’s Inn entitled to practise as a barrister.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)¹

     May Elizabeth Holt is the daughter of J. F. Holt.² She married Reginald Fairbairn, son of Sir Thomas Fairbairn, 2nd Bt. and Allison Callaway, on 7 January 1880.¹
     From 7 January 1880, her married name became Fairbairn.
