He married Princess Olga Aleksandrovna Galitzine, daughter of Prince Aleksandr Vladimirovich Galitzine and Ljobow Glebova, in June 1929. He and Princess Olga Aleksandrovna Galitzine were divorced in 1934.

     Christina Höhne was born circa 1977.¹ She is the daughter of Claus Höhne and Herlinde Geiger.¹ She married Michael Max Andreas Prinz von Baden, son of Maximilian Andreas Friedrich Gustav Ernst August Bernhard Prinz von Baden and Valerie Isabella Erzherzogin von Österreich, on 4 July 2015 at Salem Castle, Germany.¹
     She was an interior designer.¹

     Alexander Duncan Nicholas Vickers was born on 19 September 1930. He is the son of Sholto Douglas Vickers and Princess Olga Aleksandrovna Galitzine.

     Angus Douglas Vickers was born on 15 February 1904. He is the son of Douglas Vickers and Hon. Katharine Adelaide Chetwynd.
     He lived at Tulloch, Scotland^G.

     Lieutenant Thomas Richard Chetwynd Birkin was born on 5 March 1895.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Stanley Birkin, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Margaret Diana Hopetoun Chetwynd.¹ He died on 12 June 1917 at age 22, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 7th Dragoon Guards.¹ He fought in the First World War. He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Flying Corps.¹

     Hon. Lucinda Catherine Buxton was born on 21 August 1950.¹ She is the daughter of Major Aubrey Leland Oakes Buxton, Baron Buxton of Alsa and Pamela Mary Birkin.²
     Hon. Lucinda Catherine Buxton also went by the nick-name of Cindy.¹ She was appointed Fellow, Royal Geographical Society (F.R.G.S.)¹ She wrote the book Survival in the Wild, published 1980.¹ She was a wildlife photographer.¹ She wrote the book Survival-South Atlantic, published 1983.¹ She lived in 2003 at 1061 Field Street, Boulder, Colorado, U.S.A.^G.¹

     Ada Mary Oakes was the daughter of Reverend Thomas Henry Royal Oakes.² She married Leland William Wilberforce Buxton, son of Sir Thomas Fowell Buxton, 3rd Bt. and Lady Victoria Noel, on 9 April 1912.¹ She died in 1979.¹
     Her married name became Buxton.

     Hon. Veronica Frances Buxton was born on 24 March 1953.¹ She is the daughter of Major Aubrey Leland Oakes Buxton, Baron Buxton of Alsa and Pamela Mary Birkin.² She married William Robert Charles Williams-Wynne, son of Colonel John Francis Williams-Wynne and Margaret Gwendolen Hayward Roper, in 1975.¹
     From 1975, her married name became Williams-Wynne. She lived in 2003 at Talybont, Tywyn, Gwynedd, Wales^G.¹

     Charles Archibald Cecil Birkin was born on 30 March 1905.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Stanley Birkin, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Margaret Diana Hopetoun Chetwynd.¹ He died on 7 June 1927 at age 22, killed in a motorcycle accident.¹

     Margaret Ida Maud Birkin was born on 8 February 1901.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Stanley Birkin, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Margaret Diana Hopetoun Chetwynd.¹ She died on 26 June 1923 at age 22, unmarried.¹
