He married Marie Louise Prinzessin von Hannover, daughter of Ernst August II Wilhelm Adolf Georg Friedrich Prinz von Hannover and Thyra Amelia Caroline Charlotte Anne zu Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg, Princess of Denmark, on 10 July 1900 at Gmunden, Ober-Osterreich, Austria^G.² He died on 6 November 1929 at age 62 at Konstanz, Germany^G.
     He gained the title of Markgraf von Baden.³ He held the office of Chancellor of the German Empire from 3 October 1918 to 10 November 1918.⁴

     Ottilie Moeller was born on 24 June 1903 at Frankfurt-am-Main, Hessen, Germany^G.¹ She is the daughter of Ludwig Moeller and Eleanore Steinman.¹ She married Wolfgang Moritz Prinz von Hessen-Kassel, son of Friedrich Karl Ludwig Konstantin Landgraf von Hessen-Kassel and Margarete Beatrice Feodora Prinzessin von Preußen, on 7 September 1948 at Frankfurt-am-Main, Hessen, Germany^G.¹

     Michael Max Andreas Prinz von Baden was born on 11 March 1976 at Schloss Salem, Salem, Baden-Württemburg, Germany.¹ He is the son of Maximilian Andreas Friedrich Gustav Ernst August Bernhard Prinz von Baden and Valerie Isabella Erzherzogin von Österreich.¹ He married Christina Höhne, daughter of Claus Höhne and Herlinde Geiger, on 4 July 2015 at Salem Castle, Germany.²
     He gained the title of Prinz von Baden.¹
