     Ella Mary Rathborne was the daughter of Colonel William Hans Rathborne and Bella Grace MacNeale.² She married Colonel Frank Alan George Macartney before 1931.¹ She married Peter Douglas Colin Eliot before 1932.¹ She married, thirdly, Edward Robert Henry Herbert, 5th Earl of Powis, son of Colonel Edward William Herbert and Beatrice Anne Williamson, on 12 March 1932.¹ She died circa 1985.¹
     From before 1931, her married name became Macartney.¹ From before 1932, her married name became Eliot.¹ Her married name became Herbert. After her marriage, Ella Mary Rathborne was styled as Countess of Powis on 9 May 1952.

     Colonel William Hans Rathborne is the son of William Humphrey Rathbone.² He married Bella Grace MacNeale, daughter of John Donald MacNeale and Margaret Evans.²

     Christian Victor Charles Herbert, 6th Earl of Powis was born on 28 May 1904.¹ He was the son of Colonel Edward William Herbert and Beatrice Anne Williamson.¹ He died in October 1988 at age 84 at Powys, Wales, without issue.^1,2

     Lady Dorothy Marguerite Elizabeth Herbert was born in 1888 at London, England.² She was the daughter of Colonel Edward William Herbert and Beatrice Anne Williamson.³ She married Hon. Robert Henry Hepburn-Stuart-Forbes-Trefusis, son of Charles Henry Rolle Hepburn-Stuart-Forbes-Trefusis, 20th Lord Clinton and Margaret Walrond, on 5 August 1914.¹ She died on 25 December 1956.¹
     From 5 August 1914, her married name became Hepburn-Stuart-Forbes-Trefusis.¹ She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.¹ On 31 March 1953 she was granted the rank of an earl’s younger daughter.³

     Lady Phyllis Hedworth Camilla Herbert was born in 1894 at London, England.² She was the daughter of Colonel Edward William Herbert and Beatrice Anne Williamson.¹ She married Martin Drummond Vesey Holt, son of Sir Vesey George Mackenzie Holt and Mabel Mary Drummond, on 1 June 1918.¹ She died on 8 October 1972.¹
     Her married name became Holt. On 31 March 1953 she was granted the rank of an earl’s younger daughter.¹

     Reverend William Gilbert Gibbs was born on 7 April 1931.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col.
