     Major George Herbert Peake was born on 4 September 1859.¹ He was the son of Henry Peake and Eliza Kirk.² He married Evelyn Mary Dundas, daughter of Hon. John Charles Dundas and Hon. Alice Louisa Wood, on 26 June 1895.¹ He died on 11 October 1950 at age 91.¹
     He was admitted to Lincoln’s Inn in 1887 entitled to practise as a barrister.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the West Riding of Yorkshire in 1896.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Nottinghamshire in 1903.¹ He held the office of Mayor of East Retford between 1903 and 1905.¹ He gained the rank of Major between 1906 and 1916 in the Sherwood Rangers.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Nottinghamshire in 1931.¹ He lived at Snilesworth, Northallerton, Yorkshire, England.¹ He lived at Bawtry Hall, Yorkshire, England.¹ He lived at Sutton Hall, Thirsk, Yorkshire, England.¹

     Samuel Barrett was born in 1765.¹ He was the son of Edward Barrett and Judith Goodin.¹ He died in 1794.¹

     Evelyn Mary Dundas was born on 15 January 1873.² She was the daughter of Hon. John Charles Dundas and Hon. Alice Louisa Wood.² She married Major George Herbert Peake, son of Henry Peake and Eliza Kirk, on 26 June 1895.¹ She died on 26 July 1945 at age 72.¹
     From 26 June 1895, her married name became Peake.

     Raymond Peake was born on 25 May 1896.¹ He was the son of Major George Herbert Peake and Evelyn Mary Dundas.² He died on 30 September 1916 at age 20, from wounds received in action.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Coldstream Guards.¹

     Sir Harald Peake was born on 28 October 1899.¹ He was the son of Major George Herbert Peake and Evelyn Mary Dundas.² He married, firstly, Therese de Baillet-Latour, daughter of Count Henri de Baillet-Latour and Elizabeth Alexandrina Gräfin von Clary und Aldringen, on 31 October 1933.¹ He and Therese de Baillet-Latour were divorced in 1944.¹ He married, secondly, A/Cdre. Dame Felicity Hyde Watts, daughter of Colonel Humphrey Watts, on 24 June 1952 at Westminster, London, England.¹ He died on 25 May 1978 at age 78.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Coldstream Guards.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the QOY Dragoons Yeomanry.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was Director of PR, Air Ministry between 1940 and 1941.¹ He gained the rank of Air Commodore in the Royal Air Force.¹ He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1973.¹

     Count Henri de Baillet-Latour married Elizabeth Alexandrina Gräfin von Clary und Aldringen, daughter of Siegfried Graf von Clary und Aldringen and Therese Marie Franzisca Judith Gräfin Kinsky, in 1904. He died in 1942.²
     He lived at Brussels, Belgium.¹ He was chairman of the Olympic Committee between 1925 and 1942.²

     Therese de Baillet-Latour was the daughter of Count Henri de Baillet-Latour and Elizabeth Alexandrina Gräfin von Clary und Aldringen.^2,3 She married Sir Harald Peake, son of Major George Herbert Peake and Evelyn Mary Dundas, on 31 October 1933.¹ She and Sir Harald Peake were divorced in 1944.¹ She died in 1994.³
     From 31 October 1933, her married name became Peake. She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1946.¹
