Sir Alexander Temple was born at Stowe, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.1 He was the son of John Temple and Susan Spencer.1 He was born in 1583.3 He married, secondly, Margaret Griffin, daughter of Peter Griffin.3 He married Mary Sommer, daughter of John Somer, in December 1602 at St. Bride’s Church, London, EnglandG.1 He married, thirdly, Mary Reve, daughter of John Reve, before 16 January 1622.3 He died in 1629.3
He was appointed Knight on 14 March 1604.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Sussex in 1626.3
