     Evelyn Margaret Hamilton Gordon was born on 21 May 1896.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend William Hamilton Gordon and Anna Margaret Holloway.² She married Walter Alan Chambry Dickson on 23 April 1922.¹
     From 23 April 1922, her married name became Dickson.¹

     Walter Alan Chambry Dickson married Evelyn Margaret Hamilton Gordon, daughter of Reverend William Hamilton Gordon and Anna Margaret Holloway, on 23 April 1922.¹

     Hamilton Thomas Gordon was born on 15 May 1836.¹ He was the son of Robert Cumming Hamilton Gordon and Frances Freer.² He died on 14 February 1861 at age 24, India.¹
     He was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Addiscombe Military College, Addiscombe, London, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1855 in the Honourable East India Company Service, Bengal Engineers.¹ He was educated at Chatham Barracks, Chatham, Kent, England^G.¹

     Reverend Adam Charles Gordon was born in 1833.¹ He was the son of Robert Cumming Hamilton Gordon and Frances Freer.² He married Georgia Frances Anson, daughter of Very Rev. Hon. Frederick Anson and Mary Anne Levett.¹ He died on 8 January 1904.¹
     He was the Rector at Doddleston, Chester, England^G.¹

     Georgia Frances Anson is the daughter of Very Rev. Hon. Frederick Anson and Mary Anne Levett.² She married Reverend Adam Charles Gordon, son of Robert Cumming Hamilton Gordon and Frances Freer.¹
     Her married name became Gordon.

     Richard Goodall Gordon was born on 25 February 1843.¹ He was the son of Robert Cumming Hamilton Gordon and Frances Freer.² He died in 1892, without issue.¹
     He was a schoolmaster.¹

     Adam Durnford Gordon was born on 22 August 1796.¹ He was the son of William Gordon and Frances Elrington.² He married Harriet Elizabeth Gordon, daughter of Robert Gordon, on 12 September 1829.¹ He died on 16 June 1857 at age 60.¹
     He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Ensign in 1814 in the 47th Regiment.¹ He was in the Honourable East India Company Service in 1818 at Bengal, India^G.¹ He was Professor of Oriental Languages in 1846 at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹

     Anne Baird was the daughter of William Baird, 5th of Newbyth and Alicia Johnston. She married Colonel George Gordon, 4th of Esslemont and 15th of Hallhead, son of Robert Gordon, 3rd of Esslemont and 14th of Hallhead and Lady Henrietta Gordon, on 17 January 1790.¹ She died in 1803.¹
     From 17 January 1790, her married name became Gordon.

     Edward Chaloner was born in 1683.¹ He was the son of William Chaloner and Honora Foulis.¹ He married Anne Bowes, daughter of Sir William Bowes and Elizabeth Blakiston, on 11 June 1713.¹ He died circa 5 October 1737.¹ He was buried on 8 October 1737.¹
     He lived at Gisborough, Yorkshire, England^G.¹
