     Cornelius Elliot of Woolflee was born on 13 April 1733.^2,3 He died on 9 March 1821 at age 87.³

     Janet Hyndford Elliot was the daughter of Cornelius Elliot of Woolflee.² She married, firstly, Sir John Gibson-Carmichael of Skirling, 6th Bt., son of Alexander Gibson and Margaret Bruce Dundas, on 15 October 1799.² She married, secondly, Lt.-Gen. John Elphinstone, 12th Lord Elphinstone, son of John Elphinstone, 11th Lord Elphinstone and Anne Ruthven, on 31 July 1806.¹ She died on 23 August 1825.¹
     From 15 October 1799, her married name became Gibson-Carmichael.¹ From 31 July 1806, her married name became Elphinstone.

     John Elphinstone, 13th Lord Elphinstone was born on 23 June 1807.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Gen. John Elphinstone, 12th Lord Elphinstone and Janet Hyndford Elliot.² He died on 19 July 1860 at age 53, unmarried.¹
     He succeeded as the 13th Lord Elphinstone [S., 1510] on 2 May 1813.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Horse Guards (Blues.)¹ He held the office of Representative Peer [Scotland] between 1832 and 1834.¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1836.¹ He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Hanoverian Order (G.C.H.) in 1836.¹ He held the office of Governor of Madras and Bombay in 1847, during the Indian Mutiny.¹ He held the office of Representative Peer [Scotland] between 1847 and 1859.¹ He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.) in 1859.¹ He was created 1st Baron Elphinstone, of Elphinstone, co. Stirling [U.K.] on 21 May 1859.¹ On his death, his U.K. barony became extinct.¹

     Aideen Joyce Gore-Booth was born on 7 July 1916.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Josslyn Augustus Richard Gore-Booth, 6th Bt. and Mary Sibell L’Estrange Malone.¹ She died on 9 January 1994 at age 77, unmarried.¹

     Gabrielle Maeve Gore-Booth was born on 29 August 1918.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Josslyn Augustus Richard Gore-Booth, 6th Bt. and Mary Sibell L’Estrange Malone.¹ She died on 30 June 1973 at age 54, unmarried.¹

     Georgina Clara Rosaleen Eirenice Gore-Booth was born on 13 May 1949.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Angus Josslyn Gore-Booth, 8th Bt. and Hon. Rosemary Myra Vane.¹ She married Clive Abercromby Blomfield-Smith, son of Brigadier Denis Cecil Blomfield-Smith and Moyra (?), on 31 October 1970.¹ She and Clive Abercromby Blomfield-Smith were divorced in 1981.¹ She died on 23 August 2003 at age 54.¹
     Georgina Clara Rosaleen Eirenice Gore-Booth usually went by her middle name of Eirenice.¹ From 31 October 1970, her married name became Blomfield-Smith.¹ In 1981 her name was legally changed to Gore-Booth.¹

     Clive Abercromby Blomfield-Smith is the son of Brigadier Denis Cecil Blomfield-Smith and Moyra (?)^1,2 He married Georgina Clara Rosaleen Eirenice Gore-Booth, daughter of Sir Angus Josslyn Gore-Booth, 8th Bt. and Hon. Rosemary Myra Vane, on 31 October 1970.¹ He and Georgina Clara Rosaleen Eirenice Gore-Booth were divorced in 1981.¹

     Brigadier Denis Cecil Blomfield-Smith was born circa 1921.² He married Moyra (?)² He died on 11 March 2007.²
     He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹ He gained the rank of Brigadier in the Royal Artillery.¹

     Mary Keith Elphinstone-Fleeming was the daughter of Admiral Hon. Charles Elphinstone-Fleeming and Doña Catalina Paulina Alesandro de Jiminez.² She married, firstly, Alexander Macalister of Torrisdale on 20 April 1843.¹ She and Alexander Macalister of Torrisdale were divorced in 1847.¹ She married, secondly, Morgan Lloyd in 1848.¹ She died on 11 March 1859.¹
     From 20 April 1843, her married name became Macalister. From 1848, her married name became Lloyd.¹
