     Susannah Hankey was born on 12 November 1737 at Saint Dionis Backchurch, London, England^G.^1,2 She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Hankey and Sarah Barnard.^2,3 She married, firstly, James Norman before 1767.⁴ She married, secondly, Beaumont Hotham, 2nd Baron Hotham of South Dalton, son of Sir Beaumont Hotham, 7th Bt. and Frances Thompson, on 6 June 1767.⁴ She died on 1 August 1799 at age 61.⁴
     From before 1767, her married name became Norman.⁴ Her married name became Hotham.

     Sir Thomas Hankey was born in 1704.¹ He married Sarah Barnard, daughter of Sir John Barnard and Jane Godschall, in 1733.¹

     Francis Crawford Caffin was born in 1857 at Milton, Kent, England.² He was the son of Charles Smart Caffin and Maria Harriet Elizabeth Haden.² He married Mary Stuart Jowitt in 1892 at Chapel en le Firth, Derbyshire, England.²

     Sir Beaumont Hotham, 7th Bt. was born in 1706 at Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Hotham, 4th Bt. and Bridget Gee.¹ He married Frances Thompson, daughter of Reverend Stephen Thompson and Hannah Clarke.² He died on 29 August 1771 at South Dalton, Yorkshire, England^G.¹
     He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Hotham [E., 1622] in 1767.²

     Frances Thompson was born in 1710 at England.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend Stephen Thompson and Hannah Clarke.¹ She married Sir Beaumont Hotham, 7th Bt., son of Sir Charles Hotham, 4th Bt. and Bridget Gee.² She died on 18 November 1771 at South Dalton, Yorkshire, England^G.¹
     Her married name became Hotham.²

     Reverend Stephen Thompson was born in 1661 at Welton, England^G.¹ He was the son of William Thompson and Frances Barnard.¹ He died in 1743.¹
     He lived at Humbleton, Yorkshire, England^G.

     General George Hotham was born on 7 January 1741.² He was the son of Sir Beaumont Hotham, 7th Bt. and Frances Thompson.² He married Diana Pennyman, daughter of Sir Warton Pennyman, 5th Bt. and Charlotte Hotham, on 16 December 1769.² He died on 7 February 1806 at age 65.²
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the 14th Regiment of Foot.²

     Diana Pennyman was the daughter of Sir Warton Pennyman, 5th Bt. and Charlotte Hotham.¹ She married General George Hotham, son of Sir Beaumont Hotham, 7th Bt. and Frances Thompson, on 16 December 1769.¹ She died on 17 July 1817.¹
     Her married name became Hotham.

     Sir Warton Pennyman, 5th Bt. was the son of Sir James Pennyman, 3rd Bt. and Mary Warton.³ He married Charlotte Hotham, daughter of Sir Charles Hotham, 4th Bt. and Bridget Gee. He died on 14 January 1770.³
     His name was legally changed to Warton Pennyman-Warton. He gained the title of 5th Baronet Pennyman, of Ormesby Hall, co. York [E., 1664].

     Lady Sarah O’Brien was the daughter of William O’Brien, 2nd Marquess of Thomond and Elizabeth Trotter.² She married Major William Stanhope Taylor, son of Thomas Taylor and Lady Lucy Rachel Stanhope, on 3 April 1830.¹ She died on 9 February 1859.¹
     Her married name became Taylor.
