     Ruth Emma Darling was born on 31 January 1864.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend James George Darling and Mary Emily Johnson.² She married Edmund Henry Lacon Watson, son of Henry Lacon Watson and Ellen Charlotte Richardson, in 1896 at Eyke, Suffolk, England.¹ She died on 14 June 1960 at age 96.¹
     From 1896, her married name became Watson.

     Edmund Henry Lacon Watson was born on 15 August 1865 at Sharnford, Leicestershire, England.² He was the son of Henry Lacon Watson and Ellen Charlotte Richardson.² He married Ruth Emma Darling, daughter of Reverend James George Darling and Mary Emily Johnson, in 1896 at Eyke, Suffolk, England.¹ He died in 1948 at London, England.²

     Major Thomas Auchinleck was born on 16 January 1837.² He was the son of Daniel Eccles Auchinleck and Elizabeth Dorothea Stack.² He married Jane Loxdale, daughter of George Henry Loxdale, on 29 September 1868.² He died on 1 February 1893 at age 56.²

     Norah Lillian Loxdale Auchinleck was born on 11 July 1872.² She was the daughter of Major Thomas Auchinleck and Jane Loxdale.² She married Venerable James George Reginald Darling, son of Reverend James George Darling and Mary Emily Johnson, on 29 July 1896.¹ She died on 10 April 1951 at age 78.¹
     From 29 July 1896, her married name became Darling.

     Lt.-Col. Ralph Reginald Auchinleck Darling was born on 28 August 1897.² He was the son of Venerable James George Reginald Darling and Norah Lillian Loxdale Auchinleck.² He married Freda Moira Bessie Moriarty, daughter of Reverend Gerald Ivory King Moriarty and Mary Isabella Courtenay, on 3 September 1919.² He died on 31 May 1958 at age 60.²
     He was educated at Twyford School, Twyford, Winchester, Hampshire, England^G.² He was educated at Woodbridge School, Woodbridge, Suffolk, England^G.² He fought in the First World War.² He was commissioned, in the service of the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers.² He gained the rank of officer in 1923 in the Royal Signals.² He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1943, when he retired due to ill health.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) in 1948.² He lived at Crevenagh, County Tyrone, Ireland^G.²

     James Leslie Auchinleck Darling was born on 30 May 1900.¹ He was the son of Venerable James George Reginald Darling and Norah Lillian Loxdale Auchinleck.² He married Beatrice Henrietta Talbot, daughter of Captain Henry Lynch Talbot, on 30 January 1924.¹ He died on 27 April 1973 at age 72.¹
     He was educated at Dover College, Dover, Kent, England^G.¹ He was educated at Woodbridge School, Woodbridge, Suffolk, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He retired from the military in 1929, with the rank of Lieutenant, late of the Royal Artillery when he was invalided.¹ At Bermuda^G He founded a family business.¹ He lived at Bermuda^G.¹

     Captain Henry Lynch Talbot gained the rank of Captain in the King’s Own Regiment.¹

     Beatrice Henrietta Talbot is the daughter of Captain Henry Lynch Talbot.² She married James Leslie Auchinleck Darling, son of Venerable James George Reginald Darling and Norah Lillian Loxdale Auchinleck, on 30 January 1924.¹
     From 30 January 1924, her married name became Darling. She was Commissioner of Police, Perak, Federated Malay States.¹

     Major Peter Henry Darling was born on 5 February 1925.¹ He is the son of James Leslie Auchinleck Darling and Beatrice Henrietta Talbot.² He married Joan Avery Joslin, daughter of Frank Georjte Joslin, on 2 July 1949.¹
     He was educated at Haileybury College, Haileybury, Hertfordshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Salters Grammar School, Bermuda.¹ In 1948 he qualified as a commando parachutist.¹ He fought in the Malayan Emergency in 1952, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He fought in the Suez Campaign in 1956.¹ In 1962 He served in Brunei.¹ He fought in the Borneo Campaign between 1963 and 1964.¹ He was Chief Signals Officer between 1963 and 1967.¹ He fought in the Aden Campaign in 1967.¹ He retired from the military in 1971, with the rank of Major, late of the Royal Marines.¹ In 1971 he joined the family business in Bermuda.¹ He lived in 1976 at Warwick, Hamilton, Bermuda^G.¹
