     Edward D’Oyly was the son of Captain Edward D’Oyly.¹ He died in 1823.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the North Riding, Yorkshire.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of the North Riding, Yorkshire.¹ He lived at Sion Hill, Thirsk, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     Henrietta Maynard Osborne was the daughter of Reverend Henry Osborne.¹ She married Rev. Sir Hadley D’Oyly, 5th Bt., son of Hadley D’Oyly and Elizabeth Yallop.¹ She died in August 1793.¹
     Her married name became D’Oyly.¹

     Alvine Edwin Rees lived at Highbury, London, England^G.¹

     William Rochfort was born on 23 January 1719 at Gaulstown, County Westmeath, Ireland.² He was the son of Rt. Hon. George Rochfort and Lady Elizabeth Moore.¹ He married Henrietta Ramsay, daughter of Colonel John Ramsay and Mary Smyth, on 9 April 1743 at Ireland.² He died in November 1772 at age 53 at Clontarf, County Dublin, Ireland.²

     Diana Rochfort was born circa 1758 at County Westmeath, Ireland.² She was the daughter of William Rochfort and Henrietta Ramsay.^3,2 She married, firstly, William Cotes before 1778.¹ She married, secondly, Sir John Hadley D’Oyly, 6th Bt., son of Rev. Sir Hadley D’Oyly, 5th Bt. and Henrietta Maynard Osborne, on 16 March 1779 at Calcutta, India.^1,2 She died on 6 September 1803.¹
     From before 1779, her married name became Cotes.¹ From 16 March 1779, her married name became D’Oyly.

     Sir Charles D’Oyly, 7th Bt. was born on 18 September 1781.¹ He was the son of Sir John Hadley D’Oyly, 6th Bt. and Diana Rochfort.² He married, firstly, Marian Greer, daughter of William Greer.¹ He married, secondly, Elizabeth Jane Ross, daughter of Major Thomas Ross and Isabella MacLeod.¹ He died on 21 September 1845 at age 64, without issue.¹
     He was an amateur artist.¹ He succeeded as the 7th Baronet D’Oyly, of Shottisham, Norfolk [E., 1663] on 5 January 1818.¹

     William Greer lived at Keyhaven, Hampshire, England^G.¹

     Marian Greer was the daughter of William Greer.² She married Sir Charles D’Oyly, 7th Bt., son of Sir John Hadley D’Oyly, 6th Bt. and Diana Rochfort.¹ She died in 1814.¹
     Her married name became D’Oyly.

     Sir John Hadley D’Oyly, 8th Bt. was born on 29 September 1794.¹ He was the son of Sir John Hadley D’Oyly, 6th Bt. and Diana Rochfort.² He married, firstly, Charlotte Thompson, daughter of George Nesbitt Thompson, on 1 December 1819.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Fendall, daughter of Hon. John Fendall, in 1830.¹ He died on 21 March 1869 at age 74.¹
     He was served with Honourable East Iindia Company at Calcutta, India^G.¹ He succeeded as the 8th Baronet D’Oyly, of Shottisham, Norfolk [E., 1663] on 21 September 1845.¹
