     Anne Fordyce was the daughter of Thomas Fordyce.1 She married Charles Fergusson, son of Sir James Fergusson of Kilkerran, 2nd Bt. and Jane Maitland, on 21 December 1764.2 She died in 1782.2
     Her married name became Fergusson.

     William Drummond Ogilby Hay-Newton was born on 12 January 1832.1 He was the son of John Stuart Hay-Newton and Margaret Eliza Fairlie.1 He married Adeline Charlotte Gordon, daughter of Lt.-Col. Robert Gordon, on 10 August 1871.1 He died on 14 June 1916 at age 84.1
     He was given the name of William Drummond Ogilvy Hay at birth.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 72nd Highlanders.1 He fought in the Indian Mutiny between 1858 and 1859.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He lived at Newton Hall, East Lothian, ScotlandG.1

     Adeline Charlotte Gordon was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Robert Gordon.1 She married William Drummond Ogilby Hay-Newton, son of John Stuart Hay-Newton and Margaret Eliza Fairlie, on 10 August 1871.1 She died in April 1929.1
     Her married name became Hay-Newton.

Lt.-Col. Stuart Hay-Newton1

     Lt.-Col. Stuart Hay-Newton was born on 28 March 1876.1 He was the son of William Drummond Ogilby Hay-Newton and Adeline Charlotte Gordon.1 He married Inna Vera Evelyn Scott, daughter of Hon. Louis Guy Scott and Inna Georgiana Milles, on 27 February 1908.1 He died on 10 May 1960 at age 84.
     He fought in the Boer War.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Major in the British Expeditionary Force.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1916.1 He gained the rank of Brevet Lieutenant-Colonel in the Cameron Highlanders.1

     Inna Vera Evelyn Scott was the daughter of Hon. Louis Guy Scott and Inna Georgiana Milles.2,3 She married Lt.-Col. Stuart Hay-Newton, son of William Drummond Ogilby Hay-Newton and Adeline Charlotte Gordon, on 27 February 1908.1 She died on 28 July 1971.2
     Her married name became Hay-Newton.

     Dudley Alexander Charles Scott, 8th Earl of Clonmell was born on 26 May 1853.1 He was the son of Colonel Hon. Charles Grantham Scott and Frances Maria Grey.1 He married Rose Clare Cutting, daughter of G. Cutting, on 7 August 1908.1 He died on 16 January 1935 at age 81 at Tunbridge Wells, Kent, EnglandG, without issue.1,2
     He succeeded as the 8th Earl of Clonmell, co. Tipperary [I., 1793] on 18 November 1928.1 He succeeded as the 8th Viscount Clonmell [I., 1789] on 18 November 1928.1 He succeeded as the 8th Baron Earlsfort of Lisson-Earl, co. Tipperary [I., 1784] on 18 November 1928.1
     On his death, his titles became extinct.1
