John Henry Reginald Scott, 4th Earl of Clonmell1 
He was educated between 1850 and 1854 at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.2,3 He gained the rank of officer between 1857 and 1867 in the 1st Life Guards.2 He succeeded as the 4th Earl of Clonmell, co. Tipperary [I., 1793] on 7 February 1866.1 He succeeded as the 4th Viscount Clonmell [I., 1789] on 7 February 1866.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Earlsfort of Lisson-Earl, co. Tipperary [I., 1784] on 7 February 1866.1 He held the office of Representative Peer [Ireland] between 10 November 1874 and 1891.2

Tipperary [I., 1784] on 22 June 1891.1 He succeeded as the 5th Viscount Clonmell [I., 1789] on 22 June 1891.1
