     Alexander Muir McGrigor was the son of Alexander McGrigor of Cairnoch and Margaret Anne Kay Muir.^2,1 He married Eileen Margaret Denny, daughter of Sir Archibald Denny, 1st Bt. and Margaret Tulloch, on 18 July 1917.¹ He died on 28 November 1963.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Gloucestershire Yeomanry.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹

     William Royse Lysaght lived at Castleford, Chepstow, Monmouthshire, Wales^G.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)¹

     Marjorie Lysaght is the daughter of William Royse Lysaght.² She married Sir Maurice Edward Denny, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Archibald Denny, 1st Bt. and Margaret Tulloch, on 23 November 1916.¹
     From 23 November 1916, her married name became Denny.

     Sir Alistair Maurice Archibald Denny, 3rd Bt. was born on 11 September 1922.¹ He was the son of Sir Maurice Edward Denny, 2nd Bt. and Marjorie Lysaght.² He married Elizabeth Hunt Lloyd, daughter of Major Sir Ernest Guy Richard Lloyd, 1st Bt. and Helen Kynaston Greg, on 18 April 1949.¹ He died on 29 August 1995 at age 72.¹
     He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England^G.¹ He was with the Fleet Air Arm between 1944 and 1946.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Denny [U.K., 1913] on 2 February 1955.¹

     Major Sir Ernest Guy Richard Lloyd, 1st Bt. was born on 7 August 1890.² He was the son of Major Ernest Thomas Lloyd and Ethel Mary Green-Price.² He married Helen Kynaston Greg, daughter of Colonel Ernest William Greg, on 5 March 1918.² He died in 1987.²
     Major Sir Ernest Guy Richard Lloyd, 1st Bt. usually went by his middle name of Guy.¹ He was educated at Rossall School, Fleetwood, Lancashire, England^G.² He graduated from Keble College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1913 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)² He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.² He gained the rank of Major in the King’s Shropshire Light Infantry.² He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1917.² He graduated from Keble College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1919 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He was director of Jas Chadwick and Brothers in 1921 at Bolton, Lancashire, England.² He was 2ic of the 5th Loyal Regiment (Territorial Army) in 1930.² He was administrator of J & P Coats, Glasgow and Paisley in 1931.² He was 2ic of the Royal Warwickshire Regiment between 1939 and 1940.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Unionist) for East Renfrewshire between 1940 and 1959.² He was appointed Knight in 1953.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Dunbartonshire in 1953.² He was created 1st Baronet Lloyd, of Rhu, co. Dunbarton [U.K.] on 23 July 1960.²

     Elizabeth Hunt Lloyd was born on 8 January 1925.² She was the daughter of Major Sir Ernest Guy Richard Lloyd, 1st Bt. and Helen Kynaston Greg.² She married Sir Alistair Maurice Archibald Denny, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Maurice Edward Denny, 2nd Bt. and Marjorie Lysaght, on 18 April 1949.¹ She died on 16 October 2015 at age 90.³
     From 18 April 1949, her married name became Denny.²

     Nigel Peter Denny was born on 12 December 1952.¹ He was the son of Sir Alistair Maurice Archibald Denny, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Hunt Lloyd.² He died in 1977.¹
     He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     Mark Richard Leslie Denny was born on 20 February 1955.¹ He is the son of Sir Alistair Maurice Archibald Denny, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Hunt Lloyd.² He married Junemary Jameson, daughter of Robert E. Jameson, in 1983.¹
