Sir Hugh Acland, 2nd/6th Bt.1 
Sir Hugh Acland, 2nd/6th Bt. was baptised on 26 January 1696/97.1 He was born circa January 1696/97. He was the son of John Acland and Elizabeth Acland.3 He and Cicely Wroth obtained a marriage license on 9 May 1721.1 He died on 29 July 1728 at age 31.1 He was buried on 3 August 1728.4 His will was proven (by probate) in 1728.4
He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Acland, of Columb-John, Devon [E., 1644] in March 1714.5 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Acland, of Columb-John, Devon [E., 1678] in March 1713/14.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Barnstaple between 1721 and 1727.1
