     Thomas Weldon Trench was born on 11 February 1833.¹ He was the son of Richard Trench and Elizabeth Susanna Townsend.¹ He died on 15 August 1872 at age 39, unmarried.¹

     Friedrich Wilhelm de Afif was born on 5 October 1955 at Mexico City, Mexico.¹ He is the son of Roberto de Afif and Maria Anna Josepha Prinzessin von Sachsen.

     John Townsend Trench was born on 17 February 1834.¹ He was the son of Richard Trench and Elizabeth Susanna Townsend.¹ He married, firstly, Agnes Merivale, daughter of Herman Merivale and Caroline Penelope Robinson, on 20 August 1870.¹ He married, secondly, Leonora Wray, daughter of George Cecil Gore Wray and Charlotte Margaret Waller, on 25 April 1874.¹ He died on 9 August 1909 at age 75.¹

     Agnes Merivale was the daughter of Herman Merivale and Caroline Penelope Robinson.^1,2 She married John Townsend Trench, son of Richard Trench and Elizabeth Susanna Townsend, on 20 August 1870.¹ She died on 8 January 1872, without issue.¹
     From 20 August 1870, her married name became Trench.¹

     Sheila Kamil was born on 26 July 1958 at Chur, Switzerland^G. She is the daughter of Hassan Sayed Kamil and Helene Herzogin von Mecklenburg.

     Herman Merivale was born on 8 November 1806 at Cockwood House, Dawlish, Devon, England.² He was the son of John Herman Merivale and Louisa Heath Drury.² He married Caroline Penelope Robinson, daughter of Reverend William Villiers Robinson and Anne Brooksbank, on 29 October 1834.³ He died on 8 February 1874 at age 67.
     He held the office of Under-Secretary for India.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹ He was Professor of Political Economy in 1837 at Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.²

     Hon. John Patrick Ramsay was born on 9 August 1952.¹ He is the son of Simon Ramsay, 16th Earl of Dalhousie and Margaret Elizabeth Mary Stirling.¹ He married Louisa Jane d‘Abo, daughter of Robert Erland Nicholai d‘Abo and Lady Ursula Isabel Manners, on 25 July 1981.¹
     He was educated at Ampleforth College, Ampleforth, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He lived in 2003 at 1 Kassala Road, London, England^G.¹

     Lady Elizabeth Anne Ramsay was born on 16 September 1941.¹ She is the daughter of Simon Ramsay, 16th Earl of Dalhousie and Margaret Elizabeth Mary Stirling.¹ She married Richard Aldred Lumley, 12th Earl of Scarbrough, son of Lawrence Roger Lumley, 11th Earl of Scarbrough and Katherine Isobel McEwen, on 9 July 1970.³
     After her marriage, Lady Elizabeth Anne Ramsay was styled as Countess of Scarbrough on 9 July 1970. From 9 July 1970, her married name became Lumley. She held the office of Lady of the Bedchamber to HM Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother between 1994 and 2002.³ She was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 2002.³ She lived in 2003 at Sandbeck Park, Maltby, Rotherham, Yorkshire, West Riding, England^G.¹

     Leonora Wray was the daughter of George Cecil Gore Wray and Charlotte Margaret Waller.¹ She married John Townsend Trench, son of Richard Trench and Elizabeth Susanna Townsend, on 25 April 1874.¹ She died on 19 December 1902.¹
     From 25 April 1874, her married name became Trench.¹

     Hon. Anthony Ramsay was born on 2 March 1949.¹ He is the son of Simon Ramsay, 16th Earl of Dalhousie and Margaret Elizabeth Mary Stirling.¹ He married, firstly, Georgina Mary Astor, daughter of Hon. Michael Langhorne Astor and Barbara Mary Colonsay McNeill, on 3 November 1973.² He and Georgina Mary Astor were divorced in 1979.² He married, secondly, Vilma Salcedo, daughter of Raphael Salcedo, in 1984.¹
     He was educated at Ampleforth College, Ampleforth, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He lived in 2003 at 37 Anhalt Road, London, England^G.¹
