     From 23 June 1846, her married name became Isacke.

     Captain Frederick J. Isacke married Mary Turner Erskine Fortescue, daughter of Matthew Fortescue and Erskine Christie, on 23 June 1846.¹ He died on 8 June 1885.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 5th Fusiliers.¹

     Harriet Boswell Erskine Fortescue was born on 14 November 1823.² She was the daughter of Matthew Fortescue and Erskine Christie.³ She was baptised on 7 January 1824 at Scoonie, Fife, Scotland^G.² She married Captain James Stirling Crawford Stirling-Stuart, son of Captain William Stirling and Anne Charlotte Maitland, on 1 June 1852.¹ She died on 5 April 1917 at age 93.¹
     From 1 June 1852, her married name became Stirling-Stuart.¹

     Margaret Lucy Fortescue was born on 27 November 1824.² She was the daughter of Matthew Fortescue and Erskine Christie.³ She was baptised on 12 January 1825 at Scoonie, Fife, Scotland^G.² She married Martin de Winton Corry on 22 January 1846.¹
     From 22 January 1846, her married name became Corry.

     Martin de Winton Corry married Margaret Lucy Fortescue, daughter of Matthew Fortescue and Erskine Christie, on 22 January 1846.¹ He died in February 1885.¹
     He lived at Yately Hall, Hampshire, England^G.¹

     Reverend William Fortescue was born in 1788.¹ He was the son of Captain Hon. Matthew Fortescue and Henrietta Archer.² He married, firstly, Isobel Barclay Christie, daughter of James Christie of Durie and Mary Turner Barclay-Maitland, on 6 February 1819 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹ He married, secondly, Elizabeth Gould, daughter of Reverend Robert Freke Gould, on 18 February 1832.² He died on 13 September 1856.²
     He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)¹ He was the Rector at Wear Gifford, Devon, England^G.¹ He was the Rector at George Nympton, England^G.¹

     Birgit Meissner was born on 22 February 1965 at Munich, Bavaria, Germany^G.¹ She married Ernst-Josias Prinz von Sachsen-Coburg und Gotha, son of Ernst Leopold Eduard Wilhelm Josias Prinz von Sachsen-Coburg und Gotha and Gertraude Monika Pfeiffer, on 5 July 1996 at Munich, Bavaria, Germany^G.¹
     From 5 July 1996, her married name became von Sachsen-Coburg und Gotha.¹

     Isobel Barclay Christie was born on 22 February 1788 at Scoonie, Fife, Scotland^G.² She was the daughter of James Christie of Durie and Mary Turner Barclay-Maitland.^3,2 She married Reverend William Fortescue, son of Captain Hon. Matthew Fortescue and Henrietta Archer, on 6 February 1819 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹ She died on 11 October 1826 at age 38.¹
     From 6 February 1819, her married name became Fortescue.

     Archer Irvine-Fortescue was born on 12 December 1819.¹ He was the son of Reverend William Fortescue and Isobel Barclay Christie.² He married Anne Irvine Syme, daughter of Patrick Syme and Eliza Irvine-Boswell, on 31 August 1848.¹ He died on 7 February 1907 at age 87.¹
     He was also known as Archer Irvine-Fortescue.² He was given the name of Archer Fortescue at birth.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Kincardineshire.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kincardineshire.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Orkney.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Orkney.¹ In 1875 his name was legally changed to Archer Irvine-Fortescue under the terms of the will of his wfe’s uncle, John Irvine-Boswell.¹ He lived at Swanbister, Orkney Islands, Scotland^G.¹ He lived at Kingscausie, Kincardineshire, Scotland^G.¹
