Douglas David Hacking, 3rd Baron Hacking was born on 17 April 1938.1 He is the son of Douglas Eric Hacking, 2nd Baron Hacking and Daphne Violet Finnis.3 He married, firstly, Rosemary Anne Forrest, daughter of Francis Penrose Forrest, on 31 July 1965.1 He and Rosemary Anne Forrest were divorced.1 He married, secondly, Tessa Margaret Hunt, daughter of Roland Charles Colin Hunt, on 30 April 1982.1 He and Tessa Margaret Hunt were divorced in 1998.1
