[South Africa] between 1987 and 1998, for Wynberg.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Graaff, of Cape Town, in the Cape of Good Hope, Province of the Union of South Africa [U.K., 1911] on 4 October 1999.2 He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in 2000 in the Cape Garrison Artillery.1 He lived in 2003 at Panorama, Cape Town, Cape Province, South AfricaG.1
