     He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.)¹ He was created 1° Visconde de Monserrate, Cintra [Portugal].¹ He was created 1st Baronet Cook, of Doughty House, Richmond, Surrey [U.K.] on 10 March 1886.¹

     Juliet Berry Perkins is the daughter of Christopher Edward Perkins.¹ She married Sir Francis Ferdinand Maurice Cook, 4th Bt., son of Sir Herbert Frederick Cook, 3rd Bt. and Hon. Mary Hood, on 5 September 1947.¹ She and Sir Francis Ferdinand Maurice Cook, 4th Bt. were divorced in 1951.¹
     From 5 September 1947, her married name became Cook.¹

     Christopher Edward Perkins lived at The Stone, Sudbury, Suffolk, England^G.¹

     Jane Audrey Nott is the daughter of Christopher Nott.¹ She married Sir Francis Ferdinand Maurice Cook, 4th Bt., son of Sir Herbert Frederick Cook, 3rd Bt. and Hon. Mary Hood, on 10 August 1951.¹ She and Sir Francis Ferdinand Maurice Cook, 4th Bt. were divorced in 1956.¹
