Maj.-Gen. Sir Euston Henry Sartorius, V.C. was the son of Admiral Sir George Rose Sartorius and Sophia Lamb.3,4 He married Emily Jane Cook, daughter of Sir Francis Cook, 1st Bt. and Emily Martha Lucas, on 22 December 1874.1 He died on 19 February 1925.1
