     Bettine Violet Malcolm is the daughter of Major Charles Edward Malcolm and Hon. Beatrice Mary Leslie Hore-Ruthven.¹ She married Captain Henry Robert Somers FitzRoy de Vere Somerset, son of Henry Charles Somers Augustus Somerset and Lady Katherine de Vere Beauclerk, on 2 December 1922.²
     Her married name became Somerset. She lived in 1999 at The Round House, Netton, Salisbury, Wiltshire, England^G.²

     Christopher Dominick lived at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹

     Lieutenant John Alexander Somerset was born on 1 January 1925.¹ He was the son of Captain Henry Robert Somers FitzRoy de Vere Somerset and Bettine Violet Malcolm.¹ He died on 15 April 1945 at age 20 at Germany^G, killed in action.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Coldstream Guards.¹ He fought in the Second World War.

     Lord Edward Alexander Somerset was born on 1 May 1958.¹ He is the son of David Robert Somerset, 11th Duke of Beaufort and Lady Caroline Jane Thynne.¹ He married Hon. Georgiana Caroline Davidson, daughter of John Andrew Davidson, 2nd Viscount Davidson and Margaret Birgitta Norton, on 2 October 1982.¹
     He was educated at Millfield School, Street, Somerset, England^G.¹

     Lord John Robert Somerset was born on 5 November 1964.¹ He is the son of David Robert Somerset, 11th Duke of Beaufort and Lady Caroline Jane Thynne.¹ He married Lady Cosima Maria-Gabriella Vane-Tempest-Stewart, daughter of Alexander Charles Robert Vane-Tempest-Stewart, 9th Marquess of Londonderry and Nicolette Elaine Katherine Harrison, in 1990.¹ He and Lady Cosima Maria-Gabriella Vane-Tempest-Stewart were divorced in 1996.¹
     He was educated at King’s School, Bruton, Somerset, England^G.¹

     Lady Anne Mary Somerset was born on 21 January 1955.¹ She is the daughter of David Robert Somerset, 11th Duke of Beaufort and Lady Caroline Jane Thynne.¹ She married Matthew Xavier Maillard Carr, son of Sir Albert Raymond Maillard Carr and Sara Ann Mary Strickland, in 1988.²
     She graduated from King’s College London, London, England^G, in 1976 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ From 1988, her married name became Carr.² She was a writer.¹

     Lady Elizabeth Anne Somerset was born on 1 November 1929.² She was the daughter of Captain Henry Robert Somers FitzRoy de Vere Somerset and Bettine Violet Malcolm.² She married Major David Alwyne Carne Rasch, son of Brigadier Guy Elland Carne Rasch and Phyllis Dorothy Lindsay Greville, on 10 November 1953.¹ She died in 1995.²
     Lady Elizabeth Anne Somerset usually went by her middle name of Anne.¹ From 10 November 1953, her married name became Rasch.¹ In 1985 she was granted the rank of a duke’s daughter.² She wrote the book Unnatural Murder, published 1996 (ASIN: 0753801981.)²

     Mary Anne Spencer was born in 1766.² She was the daughter of James Spencer and Jane Mercier.^1,2 She married Venerable Sir John Robinson, 1st Bt., son of Very Rev. William Freind and Grace Robinson, in 1786.³ She died on 19 January 1834.³
     From 1786, her married name became Freind.³ From 29 November 1793, her married name became Robinson.

     Helen Riba Dugdale was born on 5 January 1970.¹ She is the daughter of John Michael Dugdale and Hon. Juliet Meriel Lyttelton.¹

     Sub-Lt. John Beauclerk Somerset was born on 5 October 1901.¹ He was the son of Henry Charles Somers Augustus Somerset and Lady Katherine de Vere Beauclerk.¹ He died on 26 September 1921 at age 19.¹
     He gained the rank of Sub-Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.¹
