Vice-Admiral William Spencer Leveson-Gower, 4th Earl Granville was born on 11 July 1880.1 He was the son of Granville George Leveson-Gower, 2nd Earl Granville and Castila Rosalind Campbell.1 He married Lady Rose Constance Bowes-Lyon, daughter of Claude George Bowes-Lyon, 14th Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne and Nina Cecilie Cavendish-Bentinck, on 24 May 1916 at St. James’s, Piccadilly, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 25 June 1953 at age 72.1
