     Frances Williams was born circa 1654 at Penrhyn, Caernarvonshire, WalesG.1 She was the daughter of Sir Robert Williams, 2nd Bt. and Jane Glynne.1 She married, firstly, Robert Lloyd on 4 March 1672 at St. Peters, Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire, WalesG.2 She married, secondly, Lord Edward Russell, son of William Russell, 1st Duke of Bedford and Lady Anne Carr, on 6 October 1689.3 She died on 30 June 1714.1
     From 4 March 1672, her married name became Lloyd. From 6 October 1689, her married name became Russell.3

     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Williams, of Penrhyn, co. Caernarvon [E., 1661] on 4 January 1682.3
