     From 1 May 1825, her married name became Bingham.¹ After her marriage, Maria Helena Persse was styled as Baroness Clanmorris of Newbrook on 3 June 1829.

     Mowbray Leila Cloete was the daughter of Gordon Cloete.¹ She married Arthur Maurice Robert Bingham, 6th Baron Clanmorris of Newbrook, son of John George Barry Bingham, 5th Baron Clanmorris of Newbrook and Matilda Catherine Maude Ward, on 5 June 1907 at St. Peter’s Church, Eaton Square, London, England^G.¹ She died on 3 June 1969.²
     From 5 June 1907, her married name became Bingham.¹ After her marriage, Mowbray Leila Cloete was styled as Baroness Clanmorris of Newbrook on 4 November 1916.

     Nelita Manfield Pringle was the daughter of Andrew Pringle.² She married Sir Joseph Lister Cheyne of Leagarth, 2nd Bt., son of Sir William Watson Cheyne of Leagarth, 1st Bt. and Mary Emma Servanté, on 19 June 1912.¹ She died on 16 May 1977.¹
     From 19 June 1912, her married name became Cheyne.¹

     Ranald Macdonald, 16th of Clanranald and Moidart was born circa 1677 at Castle Tirrin, Scotland^G.² He was the son of Donald Macdonald, 14th of Clanranald and Moidart and Marion Macleod.² He died on 13 June 1725 at Faubourg St. Germain, Paris, France^G, unmarried.² He was buried at St. Sulpice, Paris, France^G.²
     In 1715 he was detained in France, which he had not left earlier with his brother, when the Clan was in disgrace after the rising.¹ He was created 1st Lord of Clanranald [Scotland] on 28 September 1716, Jacobite.²

     Brigadier William Watson Cheyne was born on 2 February 1920.¹ He was the son of Sir Joseph Lister Cheyne of Leagarth, 2nd Bt. and Nelita Manfield Pringle.² He married Laurel Audrey Hutchison, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Sir Balfour Oliphant Hutchison and Audrey Jervis-White-Jervis, on 1 October 1946.¹ He died on 16 May 1970 at age 50.¹
     He was educated at Stowe School, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he became a POW in 1940.¹ He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1946.¹ He gained the rank of Brigadier in the Queen’s Own Highlanders.¹ He was commanding officer of the 1st Battalion, Seaforth Highlanders between 1959 and 1961.¹ He was commanding officer of the 4th Battalion, King’s African Rifles between 1961 and 1962.¹ He was commanding officer of the 1st Battalion, Uganda Rifles between 1962 and 1963.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1963.¹ He was commanding officer of the 99th Gurkha Brigade between 1964 and 1966 on active service.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1966.¹

     Lt.-Gen. Sir Balfour Oliphant Hutchison was born on 12 February 1889 at Kirkcaldy, Fife, Scotland^G.² He was the son of Alexander Hutchison and Margaret Key.^2,3 He married Audrey Jervis-White-Jervis, daughter of Herbert Jervis-White-Jervis and Beatrice Ruggles-Brise, on 28 January 1920.² He died on 26 April 1967 at age 78 at Rendham Court, Saxmundham, Suffolk, England^G.²
     He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in 1909.² He gained the rank of Colonel on 20 July 1938.² He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1940.² He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1941.¹ He gained the rank of Major-General on 17 January 1942.² He gained the rank of Honorary Lieutenant-General on 10 December 1945.² He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1946.¹ He lived at Rendham Court, Rendham, Saxmundham, Suffolk, England^G.¹
