     Margaret Ramsay is the daughter of Ebenezer Ramsay and Margaret Flint.² She married John Vanderstegen Drake, son of John Drake and Frances Vanderstegen, in 1850.²
     From 1850, her married name became Drake.¹

     John Ramsay Drake was born in 1853.¹ He was the son of John Vanderstegen Drake and Margaret Ramsay.¹ He married Evangeline Lockhart Hughes, daughter of Sir Alfred Hughes, 9th Bt. and Maria Smith, on 7 December 1881.³ He died in 1942.⁴
     He was educated at Uppingham School, Uppingham, Rutland, England^G.⁴ He held the office of Mayor of Hemel Hempstead.¹ He lived before 1910 at Gadebridge Park, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, England^G.⁴ He lived at Batchwood Hall, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, England^G.⁴ He lived at 29 Wellington Court, Knightsbridge, London, England^G.⁴

     Evangeline Lockhart Hughes is the daughter of Sir Alfred Hughes, 9th Bt. and Maria Smith.^2,3 She married John Ramsay Drake, son of John Vanderstegen Drake and Margaret Ramsay, on 7 December 1881.⁴ She died on 26 December 1937.⁴
     From 7 December 1881, her married name became Drake.⁴

     John Hughes Drake was born on 10 August 1883.^2,3 He was the son of John Ramsay Drake and Evangeline Lockhart Hughes.⁴ He married Muriel Rosdew Raffles-Flint, daughter of Venerable Stamford Raffles Raffles-Flint and Ethel Maud Quentin, on 17 June 1908.¹ He died on 28 September 1970 at age 87.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.⁴ He gained the rank of Major in the Hertfordshire Yeomanry.⁴ He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1919, serving in Egypt and France, and was mentioned in despatches three times.³ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1917.^3,1 He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.^4,1 He became a Master of the Worshipful Company of Grocers in 1925.⁴ He lived at Inshriach, Aviemore, Inverness-shire, Scotland^G.¹

     Muriel Rosdew Raffles-Flint was born on 26 June 1887 at Nansawnan, Ladock, Cornwall, England^G.² She was the daughter of Venerable Stamford Raffles Raffles-Flint and Ethel Maud Quentin.¹ She married John Hughes Drake, son of John Ramsay Drake and Evangeline Lockhart Hughes, on 17 June 1908.¹ She died in 1970.¹
     From 17 June 1908, her married name became Drake.² She was an artist.³

     Venerable Stamford Raffles Raffles-Flint was born on 6 February 1847.¹ He was the son of Reverend William Charles Raffles Flint and Jenny Rosdew Mudge.¹ He married Ethel Maud Quentin, daughter of George Augustus Frederick Quentin, on 23 April 1884.² He died on 15 August 1925 at age 78.¹
     He graduated from University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1869 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He graduated from University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1885 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was the Rector in 1885 at Ladock, Cornwall, England^G.¹ He held the office of Canon of Truro Cathedral.¹ He held the office of Archdeacon of Cornwall and Truro.¹

     Ethel Maud Quentin was the daughter of George Augustus Frederick Quentin.¹ She married Venerable Stamford Raffles Raffles-Flint, son of Reverend William Charles Raffles Flint and Jenny Rosdew Mudge, on 23 April 1884.² She died in 1948.¹
     From 23 April 1884, her married name became Raffles-Flint.

     Reverend William Charles Raffles Flint was born on 31 March 1819 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ He was the son of Captain William Lawrence Flint and Mary Ann Raffles.¹ He married Jenny Rosdew Mudge, daughter of Lt.-Col. Richard Zachariah Mudge and Alice Watson Hull, on 16 January 1845 at Plympton St. Mary, Devon, England^G.¹ He died on 29 August 1884 at age 65.¹
     He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1841 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1844 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was the Vicar between 1857 and 1884 at Sunningdale, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     Jenny Rosdew Mudge was born on 21 May 1818 at Clifton, Bristol, England^G.² She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Richard Zachariah Mudge and Alice Watson Hull.^1,2 She married Reverend William Charles Raffles Flint, son of Captain William Lawrence Flint and Mary Ann Raffles, on 16 January 1845 at Plympton St. Mary, Devon, England^G.¹ She died on 2 June 1883 at age 65.¹
     From 16 January 1845, her married name became Flint.²
