Cecilia Henriette Catherina Nugent was born illegitimately on 22 October 1849 at Clonteen, County Westmeath, Ireland.2 She was the daughter of George Thomas John Nugent, 1st and last Marquess of Westmeath and Josephine Marie Touret.1 She married Willem Boissevain, son of Eduard Constantin Boissevain and Emma Nicholls, on 13 April 1871 at London, England.2 She died on 11 January 1886 at age 36 at Huis Bijweg, Baarn, The Netherlands.2
