     Rachel Jean Anstruther-Thomson was the daughter of John Anstruther-Thomson of Charleton and Carntyne and Isabel Bruce.² She married Michael Willoughby Gordon-Cumming, son of Lt.-Col. Sir William Gordon Gordon-Cumming of Altyre, 4th Bt. and Florence Josephine Garner, on 25 June 1923.¹ She and Michael Willoughby Gordon-Cumming were divorced in 1943.¹ She died on 17 September 1968, without issue.¹
     From 25 June 1923, her married name became Gordon-Cumming.

     Eliza Woollery Campbell was born after 1800.¹ She was the daughter of Peter Campbell and Elizabeth Lois Woollery.² She married Sir John Powlett Orde, 2nd Bt., son of Admiral Sir John Orde, 1st Bt. and Jane Frere, on 15 June 1826 at Walton, Surrey, England^G.³ She died on 13 June 1829 at Kilmory House, Argyllshire, Scotland^G.^4,3
     From 15 June 1826, her married name became Orde.²

     Michael Willoughby Gordon-Cumming was born on 24 January 1901.² He was the son of Lt.-Col. Sir William Gordon Gordon-Cumming of Altyre, 4th Bt. and Florence Josephine Garner.² He married, firstly, Rachel Jean Anstruther-Thomson, daughter of John Anstruther-Thomson of Charleton and Carntyne and Isabel Bruce, on 25 June 1923.¹ He and Rachel Jean Anstruther-Thomson were divorced in 1943.¹ He married, secondly, Shirley Barbara Laub, daughter of Torben Laub, on 24 July 1943.² He died in 1979.²
     He gained the rank of Midshipman in the Royal Navy.² He graduated from St. Andrew’s University, St. Andrews, Fife, Scotland^G, with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)²

     Lt.-Col. William Adam Anstruther-Thomson was born on 4 December 1823.¹ He was the son of John Anstruther-Thomson and Clementina Blair.² He married Isabella Elizabeth Steel, daughter of Colonel James Steel and Adelaide Charlotte Christina Tremamondo, on 15 November 1849 at Mussoorie, Bengal, India^G.^1,3 He died on 3 August 1865 at age 41 at Calcutta, India^G.¹
     He fought in the Scinde Campaign.¹ He fought in the Battle of Meeance.¹ He fought in the Battle of Hyderabad.¹ He was Commander of the the Bodyguard of the Governor-General of India.¹ He was Aide-de-Camp to Sir Charles Napier.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 9th Bengal Cavalry.^1,4

     Primrose Jane Whitworth was born on 4 April 1932.¹ She is the daughter of Major Noel Lupton Whitworth and Imelda Wendy Whitworth.¹ She married John Michael Moubray in 1955 at Wensleydale, Yorkshire, England.¹
     From 1955, her married name became Moubray.¹

     Isabella Elizabeth Steel was born on 14 March 1831.¹ She was the daughter of Colonel James Steel and Adelaide Charlotte Christina Tremamondo.^2,1 She married Lt.-Col. William Adam Anstruther-Thomson, son of John Anstruther-Thomson and Clementina Blair, on 15 November 1849 at Mussoorie, Bengal, India^G.^3,4 She died on 11 October 1924 at age 93.³
     From 15 November 1849, her married name became Anstruther-Thomson.³

     Major Charles James Anstruther Anstruther-Thomson was born on 15 December 1859.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. William Adam Anstruther-Thomson and Isabella Elizabeth Steel.² He married Olive Slade, daughter of Wyndham Slade and Cicely Neave, on 28 July 1894.¹ He died on 7 June 1948 at age 88.¹
     He was also known as Major Charles James Anstruther.² He gained the rank of Major in the 17th Lancers.¹

     Wyndham Slade was born on 27 August 1826.² He was the son of General Sir John Slade, 1st Bt. and Matilda Ellen Dawson.² He married Cicely Neave, daughter of Sir Richard Digby Neave, 3rd Bt. and Hon. Mary Arundell, on 10 February 1863.² He died on 13 March 1910 at age 83.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.³ He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)² He gained the rank of Captain on 23 June 1854 in the West Somerset Yeomanry Cavalry.³ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)² He held the office of Metropolitan Police Magistrate between 1877 and 1901.² He lived at Montys Court, Taunton, Somerset, England^G.¹

     Olive Slade was born on 29 October 1870.² She was the daughter of Wyndham Slade and Cicely Neave.² She married Major Charles James Anstruther Anstruther-Thomson, son of Lt.-Col. William Adam Anstruther-Thomson and Isabella Elizabeth Steel, on 28 July 1894.¹ She died on 16 October 1935 at age 64.¹
     From 28 July 1894, her married name became Anstruther-Thomson.

     William Anstruther-Thomson was born on 11 December 1897.¹ He was the son of Major Charles James Anstruther Anstruther-Thomson and Olive Slade.² He died on 12 April 1940 at age 42, unmarried.¹
