Ness Edwards and Elina Victoria William.² She married, firstly, Dr. John Roland Lewis in June 1957.² She and Dr. John Roland Lewis were divorced in 1971.² She married, secondly, John Golding on 8 August 1980.²
     She was educated at Caerphilly Girls’ Grammar School^G.² She was educated at Cardiff Royal Infirmary School of Radiography, Cardiff, Glamorgan, Wales^G.² From June 1957, her married name became Lewis.² From 8 August 1980, her married name became Golding.¹ She held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Labour) for Newcastle-under-Lyme between 1986 and 2001.² She was created Baron Golding, of Newcastle-under-Lyme in the County of Staffordshire [U.K. Life Peer] on 13 July 2001.¹

     Peter Henry Goldsmith, Baron Goldsmith was born on 5 January 1950.³ He is the son of Sydney Elland Goldsmith and Myra Nurick.³ He married Joy Elterman in 1974.³

     William Howard Goodhart, Baron Goodhart was born on 18 January 1933.² He was the son of Arthur Lehman Goodhart and Cecily Agnes Mackay Carter.² He married Hon. Celia McClare Herbert, daughter of Dennis George Ruddock Herbert, 2nd Baron Hemingford and Elizabeth McClare Clark, on 21 May 1966.² He died on 10 January 2017 at age 83.³

     Alastair Robertson Goodlad, Baron Goodlad was born on 4 July 1943.² He is the son of Dr. John Fordyce Robertson Goodlad.³ He married Cecilia Barbara Hurst, daughter of Colonel Richard Lumley Hurst and Lady Barbara Lindsay, in 1968.³
