Sir Baldwin Patrick Walker, 4th Bt. usually went by his middle name of Patrick.2 He was hereditary Pasha of the Ottoman Empire in 1928.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Walker, of Oakley House, co. Suffolk [U.K., 1856] on 27 July 1928.2 He was educated at Gordonstoun School, Elgin, Morayshire, Scotland.1 He gained the rank of officer between 1943 and 1948 in the Royal Navy.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant (Flying Duties) between 1951 and 1958.1 He lived in 2003 at 5 Voortrekker Road, Blanco, South Africa.1
