     Arabella Elizabeth Arbuthnott was born in 1979.¹ She is the daughter of Hugh Andrew Arbuthnott and Elizabeth Jane Showers.¹

     Nicholas Octavius Arbuthnott was born on 28 February 1952.¹ He is the son of Hugh Forbes Arbuthnott and Janet Elizabeth Marshall.¹ He married Vanessa Julie Mather, daughter of Richard Mather, in 1984.¹
     He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, England^G.¹ He lived in 1999 at 10 Atwood Road, London, England^G.¹

     Jonet Wemyss is the daughter of Sir David Wemyss of Wemyss and Mariota Towers.¹ She married, secondly, Robert Boswell.¹ She married by contract, firstly, Thomas Clephane of Carslogie, son of George Clephane of Carslogie and Christian Learmonth, on 28 April 1540.¹
     Her married name became Boswell.¹ From 28 April 1540, her married name became Clephane.²

     Mariota Wemyss is the daughter of Sir David Wemyss of Wemyss and Mariota Towers.¹ A contract for the marriage of Mariota Wemyss and Robert Fairlie of Braid was signed on 26 November 1549.¹
     From 26 November 1549, her married name became Fairlie.¹

     Sir Adam Otterburn of Redhall lived at Redhall, Scotland^G.¹

     John Wemyss was the son of Sir John Wemyss of Wemyss and Margaret Otterburn.¹ He died after 1572.¹

     Janet Trail is the daughter of Alexander Trail of Blebo.¹ She married John Ramsay of Ardbekie.¹ She married Sir John Wemyss of Wemyss, son of Sir David Wemyss of Wemyss and Katherine Sinclair, circa 21 February 1557/58.¹
     Her married name became Ramsay.¹ From circa 21 February 1557/58, her married name became Wemyss.

     Alexander Trail of Blebo lived at Blebo, Scotland^G.¹

     Vanessa Julie Mather is the daughter of Richard Mather.¹ She married Nicholas Octavius Arbuthnott, son of Hugh Forbes Arbuthnott and Janet Elizabeth Marshall, in 1984.¹
     From 1984, her married name became Arbuthnott.¹

     Patrick Wemyss was the son of Sir David Wemyss of Wemyss and Cecilia Ruthven.¹
     He lived at Rumgay, Scotland^G.¹ He was ancestor of Wemyss of Craigshall, Fifeshire.¹
