Alice Pulteney was born in 1604.2 She was the daughter of Sir John Pulteney.1 She married Sir John Brownlow, 1st and last Bt., son of Richard Brownlow and Katharine Page.1 She died in 1676.2
Her married name became Brownlow.
Sir William Brownlow, 1st Bt.1 
He matriculated at St. Mary Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 26 June 1607.2 He graduated from University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 28 January 1610/11 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)3 He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1617 entitled to practise as a Barrister.3 He was created 1st Baronet Brownlow, of Humby, co. Lincoln [England] on 27 July 1641.1 He was a Parliamentarian during the Civil War.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lincolnshire in 1653.1
