     Her married name became O’Grady.¹

     Jane Craufurd was the daughter of Sir James Gregan-Craufurd of Kilbirnie, 2nd Bt. and Maria Theresa Gage.² She married, firstly, General Christopher Chowne on 12 October 1823.¹ She married, secondly, Rev. Sir Henry Robert Dukinfield, 7th Bt., son of Sir Nathaniel Dukinfield, 5th Bt. and Katherine Ward, on 29 August 1836.¹ She died on 25 May 1884.¹
     From 12 October 1823, her married name became Chowne.¹ From 29 August 1836, her married name became Dukinfield.¹

     General Christopher Chowne married Jane Craufurd, daughter of Sir James Gregan-Craufurd of Kilbirnie, 2nd Bt. and Maria Theresa Gage, on 12 October 1823.¹ He died on 15 July 1834.¹
     He was given the name of Christopher Tilson at birth.¹

     John Thomas Waller is the son of John Waller.² He married Elizabeth Maunsell, daughter of Reverend Richard Maunsell and unknown Burscough, on 4 November 1762.²

     John Waller O’Grady was born on 22 November 1796.¹ He was the son of Gerald de Courcy O’Grady and Elizabeth Thomasina Waller.¹ He married Caroline Veitch, daughter of George John Veitch, on 1 December 1824.¹
     He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Navy.¹ He lived at Port Etna, County Limerick, Ireland^G.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Caroline Veitch is the daughter of George John Veitch.¹ She married John Waller O’Grady, son of Gerald de Courcy O’Grady and Elizabeth Thomasina Waller, on 1 December 1824.¹
     From 1 December 1824, her married name became O’Grady.¹

     Maj.-Gen. Robert Craufurd was born on 5 May 1764.¹ He was the son of Sir Alexander Craufurd of Kilbirnie, 1st Bt. and Jane Crokatt.² He married Mary Frances Holland, daughter of Henry Holland, on 7 February 1800.¹ He died on 24 January 1812 at age 47 at Ciudad Rodrigo, Spain^G, killed in action, leading his troops.¹
     He fought in the Peninsualr Wars.¹ He was Major-General of the Light Division.¹

     Henry Holland lived at Hans Place, Chelsea, London, England^G.¹

     Mary Frances Holland was the daughter of Henry Holland.² She married Maj.-Gen. Robert Craufurd, son of Sir Alexander Craufurd of Kilbirnie, 1st Bt. and Jane Crokatt, on 7 February 1800.¹ She died in 1842.¹
     From 7 February 1800, her married name became Craufurd.
