     Walter Michael Woodin is the son of Walter Benjamin Woodin.¹ He married Elizabeth Mary Kerr, daughter of Commander Mark Peregrine Charles Kerr and Mary Catherine Wakeman, on 5 September 1957.¹

     Walter Benjamin Woodin died before 1980.

     Mark Chandler Woodin was born on 16 February 1966.¹ He is the son of Walter Michael Woodin and Elizabeth Mary Kerr.¹ He married Joanna Franklin, daughter of Dr. Ray Franklin, on 13 October 1990.¹

     Emily Georgina Kerr was the daughter of Admiral Lord Frederic Herbert Kerr and Emily Sophia Maitland.¹ She married Reverend Francis Edmund Cecil Byng, 5th Earl of Strafford, son of George Stevens Byng, 2nd Earl of Strafford and Lady Agnes Paget, on 4 August 1866.¹ She died on 27 October 1929.¹
     Her married name became Byng. After her marriage, Emily Georgina Kerr was styled as Countess of Strafford on 16 May 1899.

     Reverend Francis Edmund Cecil Byng, 5th Earl of Strafford was born on 15 January 1835.¹ He was the son of George Stevens Byng, 2nd Earl of Strafford and Lady Agnes Paget.² He married, firstly, Florence Louisa Miles, daughter of Sir William Miles, 1st Bt. and Catherine Gordon, on 8 June 1859.² He married, secondly, Emily Georgina Kerr, daughter of Admiral Lord Frederic Herbert Kerr and Emily Sophia Maitland, on 4 August 1866.² He died on 18 January 1918 at age 83.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He graduated from Christ Church College, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was Curate between 1858 and 1859 at Prestwich, Lancashire, England.¹ He was Rector between 1859 and 1862 at Little Casterton, Rutland, England.¹ He was Perpetual Curate between 1862 and 1867 at Holy Trinity, Twickenham, London, England.¹ He was Chaplain in 1867 at Hampton Court Palace, Kingston-upon-Thames, London, England^G.¹ He was Vicar between 1867 and 1869 at St. Peter’s, Cranley Gardens, London, England.¹ He was Chaplain-in-Ordinary to HM Queen Victoria between 1872 and 1879.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Earl of Strafford [U.K., 1847] on 16 May 1899.² He succeeded as the 5th Baron Strafford of Harmondsworth, co. Middlesex [U.K., 1835] on 16 May 1899.² He succeeded as the 5th Viscount Enfield, of Enfield, co. Middlesex [U.K., 1847] on 16 May 1899.²

     Sidney Katherine Kerr was the daughter of Admiral Lord Frederic Herbert Kerr and Emily Sophia Maitland.¹ She married Reverend Gordon Bolles Wickham on 7 June 1887.¹ She died on 21 May 1928.¹
     Her married name became Wickham.
