     Mary Catherine Wakeman was born posthumously on 14 October 1899.2 She was the daughter of Henry Offley Wakeman and Violet Mary Johnston.1,2 She married Commander Mark Peregrine Charles Kerr, son of Arthur Herbert Kerr and Mildred Caroline Walker, on 9 October 1918.2 She died in 1982.1
     Her married name became Kerr.

Frederick Mark Kerr1

     Frederick Mark Kerr was born on 6 July 1919.1 He was the son of Commander Mark Peregrine Charles Kerr and Mary Catherine Wakeman.1 He married, firstly, Iris Margaret Tully, daughter of William Palk Tully, on 24 January 1947.1 He married, secondly, June Laurence, daughter of Captain Lancelot Gerrard Laurence, on 1 April 1951.1 He and Iris Margaret Tully were divorced in 1952.1 He died in 1978 at AustraliaG, missing, presumed dead.1
     He was educated at Canford School, Wimborne, Dorset, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Warrant Officer, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he became a POW.1
