William Evan Windham1 
He was educated at Wellington College, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was with the Colonial Adminstration of Fiji and the Western Pacific between 1930 and 1934.1 He was admitted to Gray’s Inn in 1936 entitled to practise as a brrsiter.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Squadron Leader in the Royal Air Force.1 He held the office of Senior Resident Magistrate of Northern Rhodesia in 1952.1 He held the office of Puisne Judge between 1956 and 1962.1
