     Rev. Hon. Hugh Francis Tollemache was born on 19 September 1802.² He was the son of Sir William Talmash, Lord Huntingtower and Catherine Rebecca Gray.³ He married Matilda Hume, daughter of Joseph Hume and Alexia Corney, on 22 June 1824 at Paddington, London, England.² He died on 2 March 1890 at age 87.²
     On 6 April 1821 his name was legally changed to Hugh Francis Talmash.² After 1822 his name was legally changed to Hugh Francis Tollemache. He was Rector at Harrington, Northamptonshire, England.²

     Hon. Algernon Gray Tollemache was born on 24 September 1805.² He was the son of Sir William Talmash, Lord Huntingtower and Catherine Rebecca Gray.¹ He married Frances Louisa Tollemache, daughter of Hon. Charles Tollemache and Gertrude Florinda Gardiner, on 28 November 1857.³ He died on 16 January 1892 at age 86.³
     He was also known as Algernon Gray Talmash.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Grantham in 1832.² He emigrated to New Zealand^G arriving on 1850 and subsequently made thousands of pounds buying and selling land in Wellington, Masterton, Nelson and Hastings.¹

     Horatio Walpole was the son of Sir Edward Walpole and Susan Crane.^2,3 He married Lady Anne Osborne, daughter of Thomas Osborne, 1st Duke of Leeds and Lady Bridget Bertie.¹ He died on 17 October 1717, without issue.¹

     Henry Shackleton was born on 1 January 1847 at Moone, County Kildare, Ireland^G.¹ He was the son of Ebenezer Shackleton and Eleanor Bell.¹ He married Henrietta Letitia Sophia Gavan, daughter of John Henry Gavan and Caroline Mary FitzMaurice, on 28 February 1872 at Carlow, County Carlow, Ireland^G.¹ He died in 1921.¹
     He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal College of Physicians, Ireland (L.R.C.P.I.) in 1884.¹ He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Surgeons (M.R.C.S.) in 1884.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1884 with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1886 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He lived at Kilkea House, County Kildare, Ireland.¹ He lived at Aberdeen House, Sydenham, Kent, England.¹

     Sir Ernest Henry Shackleton was born on 15 February 1874 at Kilkea House, County Kildare, Ireland^G.¹ He was the son of Henry Shackleton and Henrietta Letitia Sophia Gavan.¹ He married Emily Mary Dorman, daughter of Charles Dorman, on 9 April 1904 at Westminster, London, England^G.³ He died on 5 January 1922 at age 47 at South Georgia Island^G.¹ He was buried at Grytviken, South Georgia Island^G.¹
     He was educated at Dulwich College Prep School, Dulwich, Surrey, England^G.³ He was appointed Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.) in 1907.³ In 1907 he commanded the British Antarctic Expedition.³ He was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 1909.³ He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1909.³ Between 1913 and 1914 he lead the Shackleton Expedition to Antartica, and lead it to rescue after being trapped on the ice through a winter.¹ In 1914 he commanded the British Antarctic Expedition.³ He was Director of Equipment and Transport Mobile FOreces in North Russia between 1918 and 1919.³ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.³ In 1921 he commanded the British Oceanographical and Sub-Antarctic Expedition.³

     Mary Butler was born in December 1826.² She married Captain Lewis Roper FitzMaurice, son of unknown FitzMaurice, circa 1851.¹ She died on 13 January 1897 at age 70.²
     From circa 1851, her married name became FitzMaurice.¹

     Blanche Mary FitzMaurice was born in 1852.¹ She was the daughter of Captain Lewis Roper FitzMaurice and Mary Butler.¹ She married Lewis Glyn Lewis.² She died on 25 June 1937.²
     Her married name became Lewis.²

     Lewis George FitzMaurice was born circa 1855 at Camberwell, Surrey, England^G.¹ He was the son of Captain Lewis Roper FitzMaurice and Mary Butler.¹ He married Annie Louisa Samantha Matthews, daughter of James Matthews and Margaret Simpson, on 26 August 1891 at St. Paul’s Church, Ravenswood, Queensland, Australia^G.¹ He died before April 1938.¹

     Olivia Fanny FitzMaurice was born on 11 November 1858 at Gwenfain, Llandilotalybont, Wales^G.¹ She was the daughter of Captain Lewis Roper FitzMaurice and Mary Butler.¹ She was baptised on 15 December 1858 at Loughor, Glamorgan, Wales^G.¹ She married Dinely Fowler Tonge in 1878.¹ She died in 1949.¹
     From 1878, her married name became Tonge.¹

     Henrietta Hane Fraser was born on 13 April 1883 at Invercargill, New Zealand^G.¹ She was the daughter of Simon Fraser and Jane Donn.¹ She married Arthur James FitzMaurice, son of Gerald Fitzmaurice and Lucilla Amelia Smith, on 23 February 1906 at Registry Office, Invercargill, New Zealand^G.¹ She died on 7 January 1934 at age 50 at Lower Hutt, New Zealand^G.¹ She was buried on 8 January 1934 at Taita Cemetery, Lower Hutt, New Zealand^G.¹
     From 23 February 1906, her married name became Fitzmaurice.¹
