     Arthur William Reville Brian FitzMaurice was born on 9 September 1923.¹ He was the son of Major Arthur Joseph William FitzMaurice and Dorothy Emily Hilda Foot.¹ He married Sarah Anne de Montmorency, daughter of Captain John Pratt de Montmorency and Norah de Montmorency, on 7 September 1963 at Killeshin Cathedral, Killeshin, County Carlow, Ireland^G.¹ He died on 21 March 2000 at age 76.¹ He was buried at Killeshin Parish Church, Killeshin, County Carlow, Ireland^G.¹
