     Joseph Moyle was baptised on 11 September 1679 at St. Germans, Cornwall, England.^1,2 He was the son of Sir Water Moyle.³ He married Catherine Copley, daughter of Sir Godfrey Copley, 2nd Bt. and Catherine Purcell, on 16 October 1681.^1,4

     Catherine Copley is the daughter of Sir Godfrey Copley, 2nd Bt. and Catherine Purcell.^1,2 She married Joseph Moyle, son of Sir Water Moyle, on 16 October 1681.^1,3
     Her married name became Moyle.¹

     Sir Godfrey Copley, 1st Bt. was born on 21 February 1623.¹ He was the son of William Copley and Dorothy Booth.² He married, firstly, Eleanor Walmesley, daughter of Sir Thomas Walmesley and Johana Molyneux.³ He married, secondly, Elizabeth Stanhope, daughter of William Stanhope.³ He died in February 1677/78.³
     He was created 1st Baronet Copley, of Sprotborough, co. Yorks [England] on 17 June 1661.⁴

     Eleanor Walmesley was the daughter of Sir Thomas Walmesley and Johana Molyneux.¹ She married Sir Godfrey Copley, 1st Bt., son of William Copley and Dorothy Booth.² She died circa November 1649.¹
     Her married name became Copley.

     Sir Thomas Walmesley lived at Dunkenhalgh, Lancashire, England^G.²

     Johana Molyneux is the daughter of Sir Richard Molyneux, 1st Bt. and Frances Gerard.¹
     She was also known as Juliana Molyneux.²

     Bridget Taylor was the daughter of Richard Taylor.² She married Thomas White, son of John White and Jane Williamson, on 28 July 1698.³
     From 28 July 1698, her married name became White.

     Richard Taylor was the son of Samuel Taylor.²
     He lived at Wallingwells, Nottinghamshire, England^G.¹

     Sir Gilbert Heathcote, 1st Bt. was born on 2 January 1651/52 at Chesterfield, Derbyshire, England^G.¹ He was the son of Gilbert Heathcote and Anne Dickens.² He and Hester Rayner obtained a marriage license on 30 May 1682.³ He died on 25 January 1732/33 at age 81 at St. Swithin’s Lane, London, England^G.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for the City of London between 1701 and 1713.³ He was appointed Knight in 1702.³ He was Governor of the Bank of England in 1708.³ He held the office of Lord Mayor of London in 1710.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Hilston between 1715 and 1720.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lymington between 1722 and 1727.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for St. Germans between 1727 and 1733.³ He was created 1st Baronet Heathcote, of the City of London [Great Britain] on 17 January 1732/33.²

     Gilbert Heathcote was born in August 1625.² He was the son of Gilbert Heathcote and Elizabeth Outram.³ He married Anne Dickens, daughter of Gerorge Dickens.² He died on 24 April 1690 at age 64.¹
     He held the office of Mayor of Chesterfield.² He lived at Chesterfield, Derbyshire, England^G.¹
