     Louisa Emily Macdonald was the daughter of Ranald George Macdonald, 21st of Clanranald and Moidart and 7th of Benbecula and Lady Caroline Anne Edgcumbe.2 She married, firstly, Charles William Marsham, son of Robert Marsham, on 13 April 1841.1 She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. Hugh FitzRoy, son of Reverend Lord Henry Fitzroy and Caroline Pigot, on 4 December 1856.2 She died on 13 February 1897.1
     From 13 April 1841, her married name became Marsham. From 4 December 1856, her married name became FitzRoy.2
