Horace William Noel Rochfort1 

Horace William Noel Rochfort was born on 5 November 1809.3,2 He was the son of Colonel John Staunton Rochfort and Harriette Mann.3 He married, firstly, Frances Elizabeth Cosby, daughter of Thomas Cosby and Charlotte Elizabeth Kelly, on 6 August 1837.1 He married, secondly, Hon. Charlotte Hood, daughter of Samuel Hood, 2nd Baron Bridport and Charlotte Mary Nelson, Duchesa di Bronté, on 4 September 1845.4 He died on 16 May 1891 at age 81 at 30 Upper Merion Street, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.4,2
