     Owen O’Rourke held the office of Ambassador to Vienna, for the titular King James III.1 He was created 1st Baron O’Rourke of Carha, co. Leitrim [Ireland] on 24 May 1727, Jacobite.1 He was created 1st Viscount Breffney, of Connaught [Ireland] on 31 July 1731, Jacobite.1 He was created 1st Viscount Breffney [Ireland] in July 1742, Jacobite, with a special remainder to the heirs of his cousin, Constantine O’Rourke.1 He was created 1st Baron of Carha [Ireland] in July 1742, Jacobite, with a special remainder to the heirs of his cousin, Constantine O’Rourke.1

Clara Berner1

     Clara Berner was the daughter of John Berner and Anna Dyerlinck.1 She married Lt.-Gen. Patrick Ruthven, 1st and last Earl of Brentford, son of Sir William Ruthven and Katharine Stewart, in 1633.1 She died in August 1679.2 Her will was proven (by probate) on 26 November 1679.2
     From 1633, her married name became Ruthven.1 After her marriage, Clara Berner was styled as Baroness Ruthven of Ettrick in 1639. After her marriage, Clara Berner was styled as Countess of Forth on 27 March 1642.
