Lt.-Col. Theobald Bourke, 3rd Lord Bourke, Baron of Brittas1 
He succeeded as the 3rd Lord Bourke, Baron of Brittas, co. Limerick [I., 1618] on 6 January 1658/59.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the King James II’s army.1 On 27 June 1682 he was a prisoner at Dublin, presumably for treason.1 In 1691 he was attainted, and his peerage forfeited.1
