James Stevenson Blackwood, 2nd Baron Dufferin and Claneboye1 
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Killyleagh [Ireland] between 1788 and 1800.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Blackwood, of Ballyleidy, co.
