Walter Carmichael of Park and Hyndford1

     Walter Carmichael of Park and Hyndford was the son of Charles Carmichael of Hyndford and unknown daughter Crichton.2 He married Grizel Carmichael, daughter of Sir John Carmichael of Meadowflat.1 He died on 25 September 1625.3
     In 1584 he was deprived of Park for participating in the Raid of Ruthven.1 He was restored to Hyndford by the 7th Lord Borthwick.1

     From 1 November 1603, her married name became Carmichael.1 After her marriage, Agnes Wilkie was styled as Baroness Carmichael on 27 December 1647.
