Thomas Fitzpatrick Cooke was born on 11 November 1860.3 He was the son of Joseph Cooke and Frances Walker.3 He married Aileen Frances Babington, daughter of Hume Babington and Hester Watt, on 29 August 1908.4 He died on 2 February 1926 at age 65.3

Aileen Frances Cooke was born on 14 May 1909.1 She is the daughter of Thomas Fitzpatrick Cooke and Aileen Frances Babington.1 She married Lt.-Col. Philip Dayrell Stewart Palmer, son of Major Charles Henry Dayrell Palmer and Wenna Davies, on 25 April 1934.3
From 25 April 1934, her married name became Palmer.1
