Ethel Vaughan Hart was born on 2 July 1875 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1 She was the daughter of George Vaughan Hart and Mary Elizabeth Hone.1 She married Rt. Hon. Sir Anthony Brutus Babington, son of Hume Babington and Hester Watt, on 5 September 1907.2 She died in 1964 at Creevagh, County Antrim, Ireland.1
